Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the BIOCENTIC website and any purchase you make from us. The website is operated by Broadview LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as BIOCENTIC ("BIOCENTIC", "we", "us"). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the website.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. If you are younger, you may only use the website with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

2. Our products

BIOCENTIC products are cosmetics. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and nothing on our website is medical advice.

  • Read the full ingredient list before use, and don't use a product if you know you're sensitive to any of its ingredients.
  • Patch test new products on a small area of skin first.
  • Stop use and consult a doctor if irritation occurs.
  • If you are pregnant, nursing, or have a skin or medical condition, ask your doctor before use.
  • Results vary from person to person. Reviews and testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not a promise of the same result.

3. Product information and pricing

We work hard to describe and photograph our products accurately, but colors, textures and packaging may look slightly different on your screen or change over time. Prices and availability can change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after your order has been confirmed.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we ship your order. We may refuse or cancel any order, or limit quantities, including where:

  • we suspect fraud, an unauthorized payment or misuse of a promotion
  • the order appears to be placed for resale without our written permission
  • the product is unavailable, or there is an error in the price or description

If we cancel an order after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.

5. Payment

You agree to give accurate billing and contact information, and confirm that you're authorized to use the payment method you choose. Payments are processed by our e-commerce platform and its payment providers; we don't store your full card details.

6. Discount codes and promotions

Unless stated otherwise, only one discount code can be used per order. Codes have no cash value, can't be combined, and can't be applied to past orders. We may cancel or void any code, or any order using one, that was obtained or used in a way that breaks the promotion's rules, such as creating multiple accounts to reuse a first-order discount.

7. Shipping, returns and refunds

Our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy are part of these Terms. Please read them before ordering.

8. Payment disputes

If you have a problem with a charge, we ask that you contact us first so we can try to fix it. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute that is knowingly false, or for an order that was delivered, refunded or replaced as agreed, is a breach of these Terms. We may share order, delivery and communication records with your bank or card company to respond to a dispute, and may decline future orders from accounts involved in false claims.

9. Reviews and content you submit

If you post a review, photo, comment or other content about our products, you confirm that it is honest, based on your own experience, and that you have the right to share it. You give us a free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display and share that content in connection with BIOCENTIC, including on our website and social media. We may remove content that is false, offensive, unlawful or unrelated to our products. If you received a free product or other benefit for a review, you must say so in the review.

10. Our content and trademarks

Everything on this website, including text, photos, graphics, logos and the BIOCENTIC name, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

11. Prohibited uses

You agree not to use the website to break any law; to submit false or misleading information; to interfere with or damage the website; to collect other users' information; to post spam, viruses or harmful code; or to impersonate anyone else.

Our website runs on a third-party e-commerce platform, and payments, shipping and analytics are handled by other providers. We may also link to other websites. We're not responsible for third-party websites or services, and their own terms apply to your use of them.

13. Privacy

How we collect and use your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

14. Disclaimer

Except as stated in these Terms and our policies, and to the fullest extent allowed by law, the website and products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise that the website will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors. Nothing in this section limits any rights you have under law that can't be waived.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, BIOCENTIC and its owners, family members, employees and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the website or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some states don't allow certain of these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

16. Indemnity

You agree to cover any claims, losses, costs and reasonable legal fees that BIOCENTIC faces because you broke these Terms, broke the law, or misused the website or our products.

17. Resolving disagreements

If you have a concern, please email us first. We'll try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days. If we can't, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Washakie County, Wyoming, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction. Either of us may instead bring a qualifying claim in small claims court.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the website when you place an order applies to that order. Continuing to use the website after an update means you accept the new Terms.

19. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we don't enforce a right immediately, we haven't given it up. These Terms, together with our policies, are the entire agreement between you and us about the website and your purchases. We may suspend or end your access to the website if you break these Terms.
